in this episode we show you all the steps to making some delicious low carb high fat keto granola.

Makes 20 Servings

INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup shredded coconut
1 cup sunflower seeds
4 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
3/4 cup flax seeds
1 TBSP ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
we used 2-3 cups almond flour (recipe calls for 6 3/4)
1 cup water
4 TBSP coconut oil
2 TBSP maple cinnamon ghee
