Peanut Butter Cookies ~ Low Carb ~ Sugar Free & Flour Free
1 cup peanut butter (natural peanut butter was used in video)
1 cup equivalent of alternative sweetener.
(equal amounts of Truvia and Sweet n Low were used in the video, Splenda can also be used.)
1 tsp vanilla
Combine ingredients according to directions in the video and bake in a preheated oven @ 350 F for 8-10 minutes or until edges start to brown. Let rest for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack, as cookies will crumble easily. Sprinkle the tops with Truvia if desired.
