Almond Flour Pizza Crust, Grain Free, Gluten Free, Low Carb Too!

3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup white cheddar cheese
1 cup almond flour
2 oz soft cream cheese
3 TBSP shredded parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 TBSP Italian seasoning


Pizza sauce or pesto
Roasted Veggies
Pepperoni, bacon and/or sausage

Mix mozzarella and white cheddar in a glass bowel, melt in the toaster oven or over until stringy. While the cheese is melting, mix the remaining ingredients in another bowl. Combine well. Add the melted cheese to the almond flour mixture. Combine well (you may have to use your hands). Spray two pieces of parchment paper. Place pizza crust on a cookie sheet with greased parchment paper up, place another piece of parchment paper greased side down. Use your hands to flatten the crust to desired thickness. Place oven on broil. Remove top parchment sheet, place crust about 6 inches from the broiler. Broil 5-10 minutes, take out, flip over, broil another 5-10 minutes. After golden brown put sauce and toppings. Broil until cheese is melted. Cut and enjoy!!
